Ashley has popularity figured out. She’s athletic, attractive, and seemingly confident in her behavior and fashion sense. Of course, it does help that her family is wealthy. This explains why she loves to be pampered, and can get easily annoyed by the playfulness of her younger brother, Andy, and his playmate, Yumi, especially when she finds her precious dog, Princess, dressed up in one of Yumi’s playful concoctions. Ashley doesn’t really hold anything against Yumi, but she does get quite jealous of MeMe whom she views as somewhat of a rival. Though she would never admit it, Ashley admires MeMe for her true, inner confidence, while she tries to maintain her feigned confidence.
